Welcome to your last week online as Year 5…before you move to your Year 6 pages! We are so proud of everything you have achieved during what has been a very unusual year for us all, and wish you all the best as you move on to Year 6. Three cheers for Year 5!
For this week’s home learning, you will find a transition activity to reflect back on Year 5. We do encourage you all to have a go at it, as it will be a useful way of saying farewell to one school year, and welcoming in another. You can also find some maths work, topic activities and some music activities.
A message to Parents/Carers: Whilst there are a range of activities available here for your child, please note that there is no expectation for them all to be completed. We encourage the children to do as much as they can, but we also recognise the challenges that come with home learning and appreciate that children are following their own interests during this time, which is also great to see!
